Henry IV was the king of England and lord of Ireland. His claimed title was
"King of France ". He was born at Bolingboke Castle in Lincolnshire. His father was John Of Grant , his mother was Blache. Henry's plans were to assissinate Richard II but it failed because he was soon ordered to his death. They say Richards death was chosen to be starvation. during the first 10 years of henrys reigin, rebellions cotiued. A lot of his hes was defending himself against plots, rebellions and assissination attemps. Rebellious acts countinued inclueding the revoult of Owain Glyndwr ( declared himself prince of Wales) and the rebellion Henry Monmouth (who became king later on). The last 10 years of king Henrys reigin were marked by serious heatlth problems. Henry had a skin disease and sufferd acute attacks of some grave illnesses. Ge died at the age of 35.

Henry V was not inline to suceed to the throne. He was commander of part of the English Forces. He led his own army into Wales, there he would have died at the age of 16 by an arrow becoming stuck in his face. He live through this expeirence because he was a king so he was given the best treatment possible then. His wound was treated by a royal pysician with honey, the honey acted as an antiseptic. In 1408 Henry started to take a wider share in politics. he helped his uncle Henry and Thomas Beufort who were the sons of John Of Grant who had practical control over the government. King Henry V died at the age of 35.

Henry VI beacame king at the age of 9 months but they would not let him have the throne until a certian age. In 1413 his age was declared the right age to rule and take th throne. This also happened to be th year his mother died. England and France were having problems with peace between them. So to prsue peace between them he married Margret Of Anjou. In 1461 Henry was imprisoned by his cousin Edward Of York who became king. In 1470 Henry won his throne back from Edward Of York. He once again was king. One day when King Herny VI was in a church someone was able to get pass the guards without being caught. So when Henry was knelt down prayin with his back towards the door,not knowing the presence of the person. With not a clue of what was going to happen, the person killed King Herny VI.

Elizabeth was very smart, she was able to speak Italian and French adn she could read the classical languages of Grteece and Latin. She was nevered married unlike her father who had been married six times. She knew if she got married she would lose some of ruling, like he would be more in charge. She traveld the English country side to let people know she was queen and also to let people see her. English people began to love and amire her, they called her " Good Queen Bess". She ruled from1558-1603, which was called the Elizabeth age. Since Elizabeth became Queen, England had became increasingly powerful. Elizabeth had the longest time of ruling England. She was the regent of England and Ireland. She was the Gold Age for England. Elizabeth strengthen England by using compermise to prevent religious wars. Elizabeth avoided wars with other European powers. To prevent some wars she used possible marriage with some of the countries that had conflicts with.
